3) vegetables
4) a small portion of complex carbohydrates, such as whole grains
You have to get your body to use more energy at rest, so you’re melting fat all the time and NOT just when you’re working out.You can lose weight without exercise, regular physical activity plus calorie restriction can help give you the weight-loss edge. Exercise can help burn off the excess calories you can't cut through diet alone
